There is no single global policy. Each product documents its own practices because its data, storage and purchase model are different.

Public products

SpeechX

SpeechX is offline Vietnamese dictation for Windows. Audio is processed locally; there is no audio upload, telemetry or account. Purchase and license terms are on the SpeechX pricing section, and privacy practices are described on the SpeechX site.

GlyphJet

GlyphJet is a local-first emoji, Unicode symbol and kaomoji launcher. The app has no account, network calls or telemetry. See the GlyphJet FAQ.

Other apps

Blank Desk has its own privacy policy. That policy applies to Blank Desk only, not to Quoc.app or the other products.

This website

quoc.app is a static site. It uses a privacy-first page counter and does not collect personal data for the site itself. The contact channel has its own documented data practices.
