Quoc builds small, focused software as an independent maker. If you need a website, web app, Android app, desktop tool, browser extension or automation/data script, you can send a project inquiry below without creating an account. Every inquiry is read by Quoc personally; there is no automated reply, quote generator or commitment until both sides agree on scope.

What you can bring

  • Website — a personal site, blog, product page or small business site.
  • Web app — a focused tool or dashboard that runs in the browser.
  • Android app — a native utility or companion app.
  • Desktop app — Windows tools and utilities.
  • Browser extension — a browser add-on scoped to the project needs.
  • Automation or data tool — scripts and pipelines that remove repetitive work.
  • Other / not sure — describe the problem; the platform choice can come later.

Platform, budget, deadline, audience and project details are all optional. A rough one-liner is enough to start; every request is still evaluated against scope and available capacity, so sending an inquiry does not mean the project is accepted.

Proof of work

  • GlyphJet — in-house product: SVG icon and glyph tooling, built and maintained solo.
  • OrderX — in-house product: desktop tool for MetaTrader workflow management.
  • MQL5 profile — personal developer profile, not an in-house product or a client case study.

How an inquiry works

  1. You send the form below — everything except the form itself is optional.
  2. Quoc reads it manually and replies either to your email or, if you left no email, through a private conversation link you copy after sending.
  3. If the project looks like a fit, scope, timeline and cost are discussed before any work starts.

An inquiry is not a quote, a booking or an acceptance. Whether a project is a fit depends on its scope and available capacity.

Boundaries

  • Nothing on this page is a price list; budget is a free-text field, not a pricing tier.
  • Details about how your data is handled when you send an inquiry are on the Contact data practices page.

Project inquiry

If you leave this blank, Contact receives an automated note saying the brief was intentionally left empty — the inquiry is still reviewed by a person.

Without an email, the private conversation link shown after sending is the only way back.

Platform (optional, pick any)

Before you send: your brief, email, links and any files are processed through the Contact data practices — what is stored, where it goes, and how deletion works. Sending an inquiry is not a quote, a booking or an acceptance. Do not send passwords, private source code, customer data or anything you are not allowed to share.

Project intake opens only after the data-practices notice is public and its manual-review routing is live. JavaScript must also be enabled to submit. If the form remains disabled, email contact@quoc.app.
